Notice to the general public
• Free admission to industry professionals; • Congresses, courses, and lectures are subject to a fee; • Entry to the event wearing tank tops, shorts, or flip-flops is prohibited; • Entry of minors under 16 years of age is prohibited, even if accompanied by a guardian. Except for infants up to 1 year old; • The trade show badge is personal and non-transferable, and its use is mandatory; • The trade show organizer reserves the right to remove any visitor who causes a disturbance or disrupts the smooth running of the event. Their badge will be confiscated, and future access prohibited; • Trade show participants are aware of and agree that the event organizer and its partners/sponsors have exclusive rights to use images (photos and footage) of people, booths, and products to promote the event at any time; • Photos and/or footage of booths and/or products may only be taken with the express authorization of the exhibitor.
